I won 4 wool v neck sweaters at my golf…

I won 4 wool v neck sweaters at my golf club here in Halifax 10 years ago.I loved them.They seemed well made.However a number of sweaters I bought at Sears and Hudson Bay are still good after 25 years of full wear!All 4 of Lyle n Scott 's sweaters have developed holes in all.Fabric breakdown.I would send you the pictures if you are interested.I thought they would last much longer and not just start to disintegrate.G F Hiscock.

black wadded longline jacket

Just purchased a coat black wadded longline jacket, coat itself is fantastic really heavy and warm.Downside is the zip, it’s a long jacket and the zip is of poor quality and is positioned 6” up from bottom of jacket making it really difficult to get done up, not expecting zip to last the distance shame because the actual jacket is quality

Waiting for item for more than two…

Waiting for item for more than two weeks seems like they use herrmes as a carrier for ho lose item left right and centre.When requested for replacement company can’t present tracking number or date for when item will be received.... still waitingThey sent free top for my troubles and refunded full amount.

Thank you Jess!

Just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to Jess Thompson! I ordered men's jacket & ended up getting ladies tracksuit bottoms, obviously orders got mixed up, it can happen. Jess got back to me right away, apologizing for the inconvenience & she sent the correct order my way, all done within few hours. I ended up ordering a size too big, so was had to return it again, due to the mess up on the first order; Jess went ahead & returned whatever I paid for the original delivery which covered the return postage. She kept me updated when the jacket was received & when the correct size was being sent over again.She really did go over & beyond as returning items usually is a pain in the hoop, this was as smooth as it could have possibly went! I'm seeing I'm not the only one who she helped out, hoping she'll get some recognition from her management as it would be well deserved.Thanks again !!

I just wanted to personally thank Jess Thompson in customer services - I had a order that not once but twice got lost through no fault of the company - her communication was exceptional and the outcome was more than i expected for the inconvenience caused - I hope she is suitably rewarded for her help Many thanks

Disappointed to say the least

Disappointed to say the least. Items showing as shipped on 19/01/2021 from a UK base but nothing received as of yet. If they are using Hermes as a courier this will probably explain why.... they are a completely incompetent delivery company. Would never use again.

T-shirt shrunk after Wash.

I had an issue with a t-shirt that shrunk too much when washed. I returned to L&S and I was very happy with the customer service department (Jess).No arguments or issues, just a straightforward replacement offered and delivered promptly.

Initially I wrote a review here to get a response from the Lyle & Scott customer service as I was trying to locate my international package/order in a panic. Once they got in touch with me, they really went above and beyond to ensure that my order was looked into and taken care of. For instance, they didn’t simply stop at letting me know explicitly the current situation of my order, but also made sure to keep me updated on every single step of what was being done to correct the issue.They are also extremely efficient at adapting to try to improve customer experience. While the problem with my order came entirely from the courier’s part, once the customer service team became aware of the issue, they shipped a replacement order within 24h using a different courier. They are working in very difficult conditions given the pandemic and the holiday rush, but I was left with the impression that they would do everything they can as fast as humanly possible to deliver the product as well as the service.So thank you very much for your hard work and effort. I do admit feeling very guilty for receiving emails from you late at night, Jess. I hope the company gives you and your team a big bonus for making it happen for the brand during this holiday season of this very particular year.

Exceptional customer service

Jess was super helpful rectifying an issue I had with an item. Quick reply and very professional, helped me get a replacement sent out quickly and was so lovely throughout the process. Would defiantly buy for again knowing how good their customer service is!

Ridiculously bad

Ridiculously bad. Bought almost 500£ worth of clothing from this company, since not allowed to fit it on the shop had to take a chance, but unfortunately 2 of the items doesn't fit, so have to return but this ridiculous company wont take a return yet can exchange but have to pay more of the price and less 70% the original amount. Used to be my favorite shop but now never again. Bad service
